Cast-Resin Dry-Type
Transformers.
Up to 12 MVA / 34.5 kV — for indoor substations, data centers, hospitals, and any installation where fire load or oil leakage is unacceptable. Designed to IEEE C57.12.01, delivered in 4 to 6 months.
For installations where oil
is not an option.
Epoxy-encapsulated windings eliminate fire load and oil leakage risk — required where life safety, sterile environments, or vertical real estate makes oil-filled equipment a non-starter.
Data center IT rooms
In-room MV-LV step-down to UPS and PDU rails. Low fire load, no oil containment required.
Hospitals & life-safety
Main feeders and ICU panels. Required where oil leakage or fire risk near patients is unacceptable.
High-rise buildings
Tenant MV substations on intermediate floors. NEC and IBC fire-rating compatibility.
Subway & rail tunnels
Underground traction substations. Confined spaces with strict fire-load and ventilation constraints.
Offshore platforms
Wind, oil & gas. Sealed enclosures rated for salt-spray and marine atmospheres.
Industrial plant subs
Indoor MV substations in chemical, pharma, and food plants. Cleanroom-compatible.
Three voltage tiers,
three application bands.
Voltage class drives enclosure, BIL, and insulation choice. Pick the closest US grid match — we'll confirm BIL ladder and tap arrangement during the spec phase.
Vacuum-encapsulated.
IEEE-tested.
Cast-resin (epoxy) encapsulation under vacuum. Routine and type tests per IEEE C57.12.91. Same HV test lab as the oil-immersed line.
Winding & encapsulation
- Cast-resin (epoxy) encapsulation under vacuum
- Copper or aluminum foil / wire windings
- NOMEX and glass-fiber insulation for high-temperature classes
- Thermal monitoring sensors integrated as standard
Testing & certification
- HighVolt + OMICRON measurement systems
- Routine + type tests per IEEE C57.12.91
- KEMA + CESI third-party type tests on serial production
- Project-specific IEEE reports under each US contract
If oil is acceptable.
For higher voltages or larger ratings where indoor-only constraints don't apply, the oil-immersed lines cover the rest of the envelope.
Power transformers
